Example PageThis page shows JAZconvert in action in a few commonly implemented examples. Example 1 - Simple Conversion.
Example 2 - Simple Conversion.
Example 3 - No Link OptionJAZconvert can be configured to work in lot's of different ways. One such implementation is to display converted prices without a hyperlink on the converted amount. You can give your visitors an option to select their preferred currency by including a link directly from your web pages. The jazlink() function displays a message hyperlink on your web site page allowing your visitor to choose/change their currency. More on the no link option.
Example 4 - Print baseJAZconvert can print the base price as well as the converted price. This saves you having to update two prices on the page. It can also print nothing if the visitor has the same base price as your site. Try changing currencies to US dollars, and to Australian dollars and see how it only adds the converted price when needed.
Example 5 - Form Update (Dynamic Dropdowns) OptionThis example dynamically updates form dropdown boxes. You simply call the update code at the bottom of the page and it goes through all of your form elements looking for a price in a dropdown, if it finds one it adds a converted amount to it. More on the dynamic dropdowns option.
Example 6 - Mathematical CalculationJAZconvert can print the conversions base upon mathematical calculations for discounts, markups, etc. Here we illustrate the price as AU including 10% GST for Australian customers but removing the GST for alternate currencies. For this illustration we do not want to show the initial price as it is will always including the GST. The converted price for currencies other than AU should be 10% less that the prices converted in example 4.
